shipping & returns
We always try to ship our orders quickly and without error. Below are a few questions you may have about our process. If you have any further questions, please contact us.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We only ship to the United States for the moment, but we're hoping to have other countries very soon!
WHAT DOES SHIPPING COST?
$5 for orders within the United States
We also offer free shipping for orders over $59 in the United States.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders are processed within 2 business days after your purchase is complete. We generally ship out orders every Monday, Wednesday and Friday unless it's a holiday.
Domestic orders arrive between 2-3 business days after processing. International orders can take between 2 and 5 weeks due to customs processing times.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once we've shipped your order, you'll receive a USPS tracking number and link. It may take up to 24 hours for the number to be activated within their system.
For international orders, tracking may not update once your package leaves the US. Even if it's not updating, it's still on its way.
WHAT IF MY PACKAGE NEVER ARRIVED?
Here are some tips:
Look around incase the driver put the package in an odd location (driveway, backdoor, bushes, etc.)
See if someone else accepted the delivery (neighbor, front desk)
Double check the shipping address
Look for a notice of attempted delivery
If something is truly wrong, generally the carrier is responsible for delivery and we suggest you contact them with your tracking number. Where we can step in and help we will. In some situations we may offer a refund or a re-delivery but only 10 days after the delivery ETA. Hiccups like this generally solve themselves over the next day or so.
We must note, however, that we are not responsible for packages that were undeliverable due to incorrect address, multiple missed deliveries, or unpaid customs charges.
IF I LIVE OUTSIDE THE US, WILL I BE CHARGED ADDITIONAL CUSTOMS FEES OR IMPORT TAXES?
Unfortunately we have no control over fees, taxes, or duties your country may charge for imported goods. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the package. Since these charges vary from country to country, you may want to use a Duty Calculator before purchase.
We'd like you to be completely happy with your order. But if for some reason you aren't, you have some options.
Items in new condition – unworn, unwashed, with all tags intact – can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If your item is damaged, please contact us and we'll resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
How to return or exchange an item:
Include a copy of the packaging slip included in your order. If you've misplaced it, you can print out your confirmation email. This will let us know who you are. Please include whether you'd like the item returned or exchanged. If you'd like the item exchanged please let us know what item (and size) you'd like to exchange it for.

Once your return is received your new items will be shipped free of charge. If you'd like a refund, we'll issue the refund (minus shipping charges) immediately after inspection.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS / EXCHANGES
If you placed an order internationally, please mark the returning package with "Returned Items" on both the package and all paperwork inside to prevent import charges and taxes. If for some reason the return is held in customs due to unpaid charges it is your responsibility to pay them.
